Ladysmith KZN: 1 dead, 3 injured in crash near Truck Stop
The jaws-of-life had to be used to free the injured passengers
Sadly, a person lost their life this morning (July 5) in a crash on the R103 between the Truck Stop and Ladysmith Motel.
A VW Polo, which was travelling on the bypass flyover, veered off the roadway and crashed down an embankment.
The vehicle rolled before coming to rest on its side.
One person was declared dead at the scene, while three others were injured.

The jaws-of-life had to be used to free the injured passengers from the wreckage.
Public Safety, police, emergency personnel and towing services responded to the scene.
Emergency services treated the injured at the scene before taking them to hospital.
