Ladysmith KZN: Abandoned outbuilding goes up in flames

An abandoned outbuilding in Leonard Road caught alight this morning just before 00:30 (June 11). 

A motorist who was passing by noticed the blaze and quickly alerted the Fire Department, who immediately responded to the scene. 

It took firefighters over an hour to put out the fire, as they had difficulty dousing the powerful and intense flames.

The cause of the fire is unknown at this stage.
