ESTCOURT KZN: Another musical success for DJ Spencer TMB

DJ Spencer TMB (Sizwe Ntshaba) is bubbling with gratitude and excitement as yet another of his hit songs has been given national airplay. The 31-year-old, who is from Thembalihle, released his new song ‘Ntoyami’ (featuring Pikanto) earlier this year and has already been receiving rave reviews.

With a flair for music, DJ Spencer TMB did not stop working when the Covid-19 pandemic swept across South Africa last year. He diligently started working on his new song and focused on releasing it as soon as he was able.

After having met Pikanto at a previous gig, DJ Spencer TMB approached him to work together on ‘Ntoyami’.

“Pikanto is a very nice person to work with and he welcomed me with open arms. My song talks about love; I like to do love songs because I believe in love. The sound of the song is ‘House Gqom / Dance’ and is suitable for everyone to listen to,” he said.

Once all the final touches were complete and the song was released, the duo reaped the fruits of their efforts.
One of the most momentous highlights was being featured on the Top 20 Hits on Gagasi FM, where the song was placed in the top 3.

“My song reached the radio station through my company / record label, Unakane Records. Because of the love for the song that was shown by the public, it ended up getting into the top 5,” said DJ Spencer TMB.

He says the song has also been receiving airplay on several other radio stations around the country, as well as receiving attention in print media.

The DJ sends his gratitude to his record label, as well as everyone else who has supported him in his music career.
“I promise to continue being humble and keep making great music,” he says.
