Police close station as officer tests positive for Covid-19

Covid-19 hits cop shop again

Residents serviced by Ladysmith SAPS are advised that the police station is temporarily closed after a uniform officer tested positive for Covid-19 today (Wednesday, January 6). This is the second time the station has been forced to close. Read Full story Here
 
Ladysmith SAPS will be operating from 35 Buckingham Street (Stock Theft Unit) – which is not far from the police station – for the convenience of the community.
 
The SAPS can be called on 0366382597 for all emergencies and complaints, which will be attended to accordingly.
 
The telephone lines at Ladysmith police station, will not be accessible for the duration of the closure. However, service delivery will not be hampered.
 
The buildings will be decontaminated and opened as soon as possible.
 
SAPS management apologises for any inconvenience that may arise.
