“As the Community Services Portfolio Committee of the AbaQulusi Municipal Council, a municipality led by the IFP and its coalition partners, we are following a specific programme we have created to clean the town of Vryheid and all its surrounding towns of eMondlo, Hlobane, Bhekuzulu, Lakeside and others.
“While we are limited by resources, we are doing our best to ensure that this area becomes attractive to people to settle in, do business in and to attract investments that will create more jobs.
“The leading party in this municipality; the IFP, under the motto: Trust Us / Sethembe; during its previous election campaign, pledged a commitment to better service delivery.
“As a municipality, we are giving effect to this slogan. The work done bears testimony to this commitment by leadership who want to make this area a better place to be,” said Hlatshwayo.
