It’s back again – and we are looking forward to an evening filled with all our favourite music from the musical legend, Michael Jackson. The HIStory Show, will be back in SA next year, and the place to be is Carnival City’s Big Top Arena in Boksburg for one night only on the 11th of January 2019!
The show pays homage to the legendary Michael Jackson in the form of a two-hour musical journey back to MJ’s days as a member of the Jackson 5, through his ground-breaking theatrics in the 80’s and his continued reign as the King of Pop into the 21st century, even after his passing.

The leading man in the title role is Joburg-born singer, Dantanio, who will be joined on stage by a live six-piece band, four backup dancers and an incredible display of lighting and effects (comprised of an incredible over 160 moving lights and over 2 000 lighting cues) – that will celebrate The King of Pop live on stage.
Dantanio has been in the lead role since he was scouted in 2014 by the shows producer, and although it is a challenging one, he loves every minute. “I can’t wait to entertain the South African audiences this summer. I am the ultimate MJ fan so to be able to perform every night on stage and share my passion for The King of Pop – along with other South African fans – is a real dream come true for me,” says Dantanio.
Expect to jive, bop and sing along to your fave hits such as Billie Jean, Thriller, Smooth Criminal, Man in the Mirror, Black or White, Bad, ABC, Don’t Stop Til You Get Enough, Human Nature, Ben and many more!
