Alto Lounge features Black Coffee
If there is anything that you should know it’s that it’s always a wild night out when Black Coffee is around and this block party is going to rock your socks off. To make sure that the opening of Randburg’s new home of luxury and opulence is on a grand scale, they’ve entrusted the help of an awesome line-up which includes the likes of some of Joburg’s sickest DJs. Joining Black Coffee on the decks will be Dino Bravo, Ami-Lectrix, DJ Mouse, Small Paul as well as Deep N Dirty.

Old Dogs – New Tricks: Masters only Comp
Masters Only CrossFit Competition called Old Dogs – New Tricks, is in its second instalment of the competition. Traditionally in South Africa, the CrossFit comps have not catered to the masters athlete. So 40+ people have to compete against ‘children’ in their mid 20s. If you think that you are still a fit and healthy athlete and can take on a younger or older competition, bring your running shoes and bring it on.

Pirates Road Running Race
Pirates Road Running will host their 38th annual half marathon. The 21km marathon will start and end at the Pirates Sports Club in Greenside but will take you over three infamous hills, the last one being 1 760m above sea level, the highest point in any road-running race in Gauteng.
The race starts at 6am and temporary running licences will be on sale at an additional cost of R25. Runners are encouraged to come and enter and bring along their running buddies to experience the spectacular view on offer.

Come and watch the KFC International T20 – South Africa vs England
will be on at Wanderers Stadium as the two cricket giants battle it out. It promises to be an interesting moment as the momentum has shifted after some

Dan Patlansky Live at The Orbit
After great success last year, opportunities to see Dan Patlansky in South Africa are occurring less and less with the Blues Rock guitarist returning to Europe later in 2016.However, Fans will get the chance to see the maestro play acoustic song versions from his albums 20 Stones (2012), Wooden Thoughts (2013) and Dear Silence Thieves (2014). They will also be in for a special treat with Dan playing acoustic versions of brand new songs from his new album set for release in April , as well as classic covers converted with a modernised touch of Blues and Rock influencers from the 1930s to date.
