It’s that time of the year again when universities fight it out to see who has the best football team.
Eight universities will be battling it out once again as the 2018 edition of Varsity Football gets underway from 26 July.
The annual competition is a 10-week showcase of some of the best footballing students the country has to offer.
Last year’s winners, University of Pretoria (men) and Tshwane University of Technology (women) will be looking to replicate their success from last season.
