The Dream Riders came into existence in 2007 when eight Nedbank employees assisted in raising funds by collecting donations for charity from family and friends on the Momentum 94.7 Cycle Challenge.

Last year was a landmark year for the team as 488 cyclists, from all over the country, rode in the 40km, Mountain Bike and Road races during the hot month of November. Their efforts collectively raised over R1 million for children fighting life threatening illnesses through the Reach For A Dream Foundation.

This year Reach For A Dream is celebrating 25 years of fulfilling dreams and special projects for children in hospitals and homes across South Africa. The Foundation will be marking the occasion with lots of special events for the children and their families. Riders are encouraged to register on www.dreamriders.co.za.
