Wiz Abdullahi: No, I did know about the address but I would like to believe the mayor will deliver on his promises and plans for the year of 2024.Sizakele Mtshali: I did’t even know the city had that, I only know of the national state address. I don’t trust there is any change that will come with it, but let us hope the mayor does fulfil his promises.Ziyaad Musthan: I didnt know about the State of the City address but it is purposeless because we know whatever the the mayor promises will never happen, now that politicians are pushing their agenda for the election.Helen Sarris: I was not aware of the State of the City address by the mayor, and judging based on the service from the past I dont think it will change anything.
Gibbs Zulu: I didnt know about anything, the city doesn’t communicate with us well in advance to know of such events. But I trust and believe whatever was promised by the mayor – 3 out of 10 was true, and he will deliver.Allli Makhene: Now I don’t even follow politically related content anymore, because I know they are lying especially because now we are approaching the elections. I don’t trust anything they say.Caroll Lewin: Nothing new was promised to us in the State of the City address, so I doubt anything will change also, but we only hope for the best.
