Hoërskool Linden achieves a 100% pass rate

The school achieved a collective of 274 distinctions, a number the school is very proud of.

There were 110 matrics who made up Hoërskool Linden’s Class of 2022 and each one of them made their school proud.

With hard work and grit put in by each learner, the class achieved a 100% pass rate with 98.16% achieving a bachelor’s degree entry into university.

The collective achieved 274 distinctions, an average of 2.49 distinctions per candidate.

The school’s top performer was Franco Vosloo who achieved an average of 95.86%. Other matriculants with top averages were Bernard Greeff (94%), Ben de Bruyn (91.86%), Carla Dannhauser (90.57%) and Phillip Stander (90.29%).

Bernard looks forward to studying chemical engineering at the University of Pretoria. Coming from an academic family who has a passion for all they do, he knew that he wanted to uphold the family standard. Once he completes his studies, he hopes to work in the renewable energy field as he feels it is all of our responsibility to look after the earth.
