FemmeFit Fest was fabulous

Women from near and far came to Pinnacle College where they participated in various exercise classes aimed at making moving your body fun, did some retail therapy and learned valuable information about health and wellness.

The NPL FemmeFit Fest shook off the mid-year winter blues on July 27, at Pinnacle College in Linden.

The event was the perfect way to spend a winter’s day outside.

The wellness day was filled with activities aimed at keeping women active and motivated throughout the season, and it delivered exactly that.

Attendees started the day with a high-energy HIIT workout, enjoyed a lively rebounding class, showed off their moves in a dance session, and wrapped up with a stretch and talk focused on mental health.

Femme Fest saw women from across the city participate in the wellness event.

The event created an exceptional atmosphere for all who joined, with top brands like Freddy Jeans, Decathlon, MAC Cosmetics, No Crumbs, Missfit Boxing, FitFood4U, Nooma Café, and Hydrade showcasing their products both in goodie bags and at stalls.

Encouraging healthy living through supportive, educational, and collaborative fitness and wellness events like this, NPL is dedicated to helping all women feel empowered and confident on their fitness journeys.
