Roosevelt Park Pre-Primary finds their Madiba Magic
Donations were collected for the less fortunate as the little learners participated in activities around the themes of kindness and generosity on a day full of love and laughter.

Roosevelt Park Pre-Primary was in full Mandela Day spirits last week as they embodied the spirit of ubuntu by dressing proudly South African, and bringing in non-perishable goods for the non-profit: Charity Begins with Me.

The school believes in nurturing compassionate and responsible citizens from a young age. “The children’s generous contributions reflect the values we hold dear: kindness, community, and giving back,” says principal Joan Ferreira.
“Thank you to our amazing families for supporting this initiative and making a difference in our community! Together, we honour Nelson Mandela’s legacy, and the belief that even the smallest hands can make a big impact.”
