Sydney Biddulph: I am most excited to see the dam being upgraded and glad to see some of our taxpayer money is being spent advantageously on the community. Lovely to see and we often walk here. I love this area.

Pierre Verster (with Ranger): I do not think it is necessary. It feels like a waste of money on this massive project. I just think that there are more pressing issues in this area. Just building a bigger dam will not make much of a difference.

Chris van Dome: I think it is brilliant; I think it is going to add more water space, nice places to sit next to, and it is better for wildlife and it is going to extend the facilities that they have already got here and it is also nice that they are increasing the water capacity.

Rafael Serrano: I think the project will improve the park a lot and I am excited to see the finishing touches being done, and how it will look in the summer.
