A paint day comes to Westdene

Community members gathered with their paint brushes in hand to make parts of their community colourful.

Emzini Restaurant and Slovo Centre of Excellence partnered this year to make Westdene even brighter as they hosted a paint day.

Restaurant owner, Richard Griffin, who is said to have a love for this community, initiated a paint fundraiser for the occasion. On the day, locals heeded the call and came out to lend their hand at making their neighbourhood pretty as a picture.
