VOX POP: Residents give their opinion on Joburg Water’s billing service

The paper spoke tocommunity members asking them what they think about the Joburg Water billing service.

Salome Moremi: I dont think their billing service is managed accurately because where I stay we are charged the same amount every month. For me that is questionable because we don’t use the same amount of water every month.
