Northcliff Melville Times spoke to some learners about the event, this is what they had to say:

Mathidiso Modise, Thulani Secondary School: I enjoyed this event so much because at school we only learn by the book. Here we got to see most of the things that we see in books. Stars, different planets, and more.

Teshaan David, Riverlea High School: This event was very educational. I got to learn that planets have different categories and why we can’t live on other planets. Why Earth is the only planet that sustains life. I'm looking forward to studying astronomy, and this inspired me to study astronomy.

Calen Adams, Riverlea High School: This event was interesting and exciting for me. It gave me a new way of achieving the goals that I want to achieve. The astronomy being taught here is something that I've always wanted to know about and it has been quite interesting so far.
