Music sets feet tapping at MH Montgomery Haven

The retirement village recently a Saturday Soiree that saw Kevin Feather entertain audiences.

It was the captivating and entertaining performance by Kevin Feather, that recently had the residents of MH Montgomery Haven tapping their feet to some great tunes at a Saturday soiree.

The actor/singer/director has been in the entertainment industry for over 35 years and is best known as one of the writers, directors and performers in the Joburg Follies.

Feather is also a resident at Montgomery Haven and with the help of the Methodist Homes team at the village, he delighted audiences. These soirees are a monthly feature hosted by Haven which will now see Feather write and perform in with the inclusion of guest artists as well as residents.

The Haven’s manager, Lorna Somers, encouraged her residents to join in these fun afternoons at the village as it gives residents an opportunity to gather and make new friends as they sing along to some good old songs, they all know and love.
