Community members gathered at Hoërskool Linden when the school unveiled its Hall of Fame.
Though this hall of fame currently only lines the school’s arts section, the pictures that line it pack a big punch. From legendary news anchor Riaan Cruywagen, to flutist Wouter Kellerman and singers such as Karen Zoid and Elvis Blue, to actors such as Neels van Jaarsveld, Gys de Villiers and Melissa Massyn.
Many were shocked when they saw all the famous faces that actually walked these school grounds and were ultimately nurtured there.
It would not be a far claim for one to assume that all those who walk past these walls are sure to be inspired to be the architect of their own incumbent great success stories.
