Northcliff Melville Times supports home-based entrepreneurs

NORTHCLIFF – Whether it’s your delicious home-cooked meals, made with love in your own home kitchen and sold to fellow community members, or your beautifully crafted hand knitted teddy bears that will provide the best cuddles to local children, we want to assist you.

When times are as tough as they currently are for many of our community members, we see their true grit and self-determination shine through. The past year and a half has been so difficult for so many people, with many standing to lose it all.

But what has happened as a result, is nothing short of miraculous. We have seen an absolute blossoming of micro-enterprises as people try to survive by any means possible. We have seen people generate an income from baking, cooking, knitting, macrame, sewing, running errands – you name it, we have seen it popping up in our area.

Northcliff Melville Times would like to support micro-entrepreneurs by offering them free listings on our latest community project, Homemade/Handmade. To qualify to feature, your business should be run from home, and should involve homemade or home baked products.

Whether it’s your delicious home-cooked meals, made with love in your own home kitchen and sold to fellow community members, or your beautifully crafted hand knitted teddy bears that will provide the best cuddles to local children, we want to assist you.

Let’s support our local entrepreneurs, and help them to grow their businesses one small step at a time. If you would like to find a local business that needs your support, visit
