If you believe in yourself, nothing can stop you, Caitlin Rooskrantz

NEWLANDS – Star gymnast says if you believe in yourself then nothing can stop you.

Inspiration is never hard to find, even during a pandemic and lockdown.

Still, Rooskrantz believes her dream to compete at the world’s biggest stage will yet be fulfilled, it is only a matter of when.”My biggest thing is to keep my eye on the goal and I would encourage anyone feeling down at this time to stay positive,” she told Northcliff Melville Times.”Many challenges can come our way and they can change our plans, but they are just distractions. If you believe in yourself nothing will stop you.”She said one must adapt to the challenges and stay mentally strong.
