Mommy and children fun morning

NORTHCLIFF – The moms of the children enjoyed various activities along with their little ones.

KinderKids and Baby Academy hosted their annual Mommy Day on Friday 14 June as all the mothers of children aged one to five were invited to spend the morning at the school.

The moms had loads of fun spending time in their child’s classroom to see what the little ones learn on a daily basis at KinderKids and Baby Academy.

They enjoyed the morning ring, theme discussion, dancing and movement activities and nursery rhymes with their little ones. Each mom and child used their own creativity to make a Fathers’ Day card for their dads and inside the ‘dad’s toolbox’ card was a delicious chocolate for dad’s sweet tooth.

Later, everyone enjoyed the performance by What Walrus Educational Theatre about how the cow lost his moooh and then a picnic on the playground was the perfect way to end the Mommy Day at KinderKids and Baby Academy.

Manager and owner of KinderKids and Baby Academy Marita Louw said, “The children counted the days before this year’s Mommy Day at our school. This was a perfect opportunity for mothers to spend time with their children in their nursery school environment, to get to know other mothers with children in the same age group and for our school to spoil all our KinderKids moms.

“We wish to thank all the mothers who took time off their busy schedules to attend our Mommy Day. It is an honour to have you in the KinderKids family.”
