Pinnacle College Linden breaks ground

LINDEN – The new school aims to create a caring learning culture and providing solid groundwork for the learners.

Pinnacle College Linden broke ground for construction to formally begin at their new school, which is set to open its doors at the beginning of next year.

The property used to be a Salvation Army children’s home but will now be turned into an educational facility – the school will teach Grade 0 learners to Grade 9.

Christo de Wit, managing director of Pinnacle Colleges said, “There is not a lot of English independent schools, therefore the demand has been excellent and we are excited to be dealing with heritage buildings on the property and important tree life. We expect a complete upgrade of Pinnacle College Linden.”

The new school will offer a digitally enriched campus with Wi-Fi, the building of two soccer fields that will house different sports, a 25m heated swimming pool, and a tennis court.

De Wit said, “We have a community focus, with a specific focus on excellence in academics, and we will, of course, have sports and dramatic arts. But relevant academics and digital platforms is what we stand for at the AdvTech Group. We are preparing the 21st-century child for a future of tomorrow, everything we do from the academic side – global content, our curriculum, and literacy programmes.”
