The Tulla Show will be at the Sophiatown talent competition

SOPHIATOWN – A must not miss talent show planned for the neighbourhood.

The Tulla Show is ready to rock the 2018 Spring Talent Competition.

The Spring Talent Competition is planned to be a day-long family extravaganza with a large variety of entertainment for the community of Sophiatown to enjoy and remember.

This year they managed to get the amazing and talented Tulla Eckhart as one of the special guest performances.

Eckhart has been in the music industry for almost 20 years and has set any stages and events on fire with her interactive and memorable performances.

She promises a five-star show as she plans to please everyone in the audience.

She said, “I will be doing a mixture of songs. I sing in Xhosa and Zula and I might add an Afrikaans song as well. I will be singing South African music that people know and love. I’m going to be dancing and giving lots of energy and it’s going to be really fun.”

Eckhart, who is not only a singer but a dancer and actress as well, has performed throughout the country and the world.

Over the years she has performed at Gold Reef City, Monte Casino as well as more weddings and private and corporate parties than she can count. She has also graced stages in Dubai and Doha in the Middle East.

She is looking forward to bring her talents and experience to the Spring Talent Competition.

“Hopefully the people that will be singing at the talent show will be getting experience on how other performers perform on stage. So I will be learning from them and they will be learning from me and it will be a wonderful experience.

“Everybody must come and attend,” said Eckhart as she believes this talent show will be one to remember.

She urges the community to come and support the CHOC Childhood Cancer Foundation. All money received from the event will be donated to CHOC.

There will be a children’s entertainment area to keep the young ones busy where they will be spoilt with jumping castles and face painting and food will be on sale to keep the hunger at bay.
