King David’s sign SA goalkeeper as coach

VICTORY PARK – South Africa's goalkeeper to coach King David Victory Park High School

King David’s hosted a soccer clinic for their youngsters featuring some impressive football stars.

With the world still in a soccer frenzy after the end of the world cup, King David Victory Park High School hosted a soccer clinic for their young soccer fans.

The clinic took place on 25 July and was hosted by Forward Zone and Maccabi. The task of the clinic was to develop the ball skills of their soccer enthusiasts and give them a better understanding of the beautiful game.

A surprise awaited those that attended the soccer clinic as they were joined by the goalkeeper of South Africa national women’s soccer team Banyana Banyana – Andile Dlamini.

It was also announced that Dlamini will be the new coach for the school.

The appointment couldn’t come at a better time as the third term is when the soccer season is scheduled for high schools. King David, Dlamini and the soccer teams are looking forward to the 2018 season.
