Choir showpiece to be held at Linder Auditorium

PARKTOWN – If music be the food of love, choirs play on.

A euphoria of musical performances are set for the Linder Auditorium.

On 20 July the Cantare Choral Celebration Concert will be held at the Linder Auditorium.

The concert is a celebration of the bronze medals attained by choirs who recently participated in the World Choir Games. Lovers of music’s purest form will be treated to performances from choirs from all over the Gauteng province and Rustenburg.

The Cantare Choral Celebration Concert features five choirs that recently competed at the World Choir Games.

Linden’s very own Linden Choir will share the stage with Cantare Children’s Choir and Jacaranda Children’s Choir, Monnas Choir and Rustenburg Hoërskool.

This concert will give the public a chance to find out why these choirs made it to the World Choir Games and achieved the results they did.

The games were a historic event as it was the first time they were hosted in South Africa, let alone the African continent.

To witness the talent of South African choirs, make sure to get you tickets priced between R80 and R100.
