Councillor’s Corner: The effects of reintegration?

This week’s question: Will the reintegration of municipal-owned entities into the City’s administration affect residents? Will the change of the kind of leadership in the entities affect the structure of businesses and filter down to its operations?
Dalu Cele, ward 101 Councillor answered:
The reintegration of the entities will enhance and improve service delivery by breaking down the currently associated bureaucracy. The personnel from these entities will be decentralised across the seven regions of the City of Johannesburg. This means that the capacity of service delivery will be improved where it is needed the most by the residents of the City.
