WATCH: Protest violence reaches new level at Wits

A huge blow-out has ensued between police and students at Wits Unversity.

Caxton Reporter, Gaahele Mokgoro is on the scene and has been injured.

Wits Senior Communications Officer, Shirona Patel has advised students to remain inside the buildings until the situation is under control.

According to Patel, students at the education and Med School campuses are still attending lectures.
