Joey Pouch needs aid

ROBINDALE – Joey Pouch helps children find a safe home and now they need your assistance.

Joey Pouch is a family home in Robindale. It is a place of safety for children from birth to four years old. These are children who were removed from their parents’ care due to neglect or abuse. These children are placed in their care from the welfare, courts and police.

The organisation takes them in as their own and takes care of them for the time they are with them.

They plan to help them heal, physically and emotionally, and in that prepare them for a new future.

Joey Pouch’s wish list is:

• Colouring books, puzzles and toys for little ones

• Any baby products – nappies, shampoos, soaps, toothpastes, toothbrushes (we like to send a toiletry bag with each child when they leave)

• Any dry/tin foods

• Juice concentrate

• New trampoline

• Balls

• We also need a Wendy house for storage and distribution (We have changed our house, but storage is a huge problem)

• Single bed bedding and pillows

• Any clothes – we also help less fortunate people in our area and cook meals for a crèche that helps with the kids.
