Linden SAPS member accused of rape is released on bail of R10 000 at the Randburg Magistrates' Court.

The Linden SAPS member who was accused of raping a detainee appeared again in Randburg Magistrates’ Court for his formal bail application on 9 July. View initial story,

BREAKING NEWS: Rape at Linden Police Station

Magistrate Ndivhuwo Sthusha stood the formal bail application down on 8 July to 9 July. See previous story, Linden policeman appears in court on rape charges.

The sergeant has been released on bail of R10 000. The case will continue on 15 July for further investigations.
