The De La Salle Holy Cross College crossed the finish line on 20 June in the Catholic Schools annual cross-country competition.
The team had a great run and competed against 35 other schools. The final leader board for the season put De La Salle Holy Cross College in fourth place.
“Well done to our cross-country team – we are very proud of them and all the hard work and dedication they have put into their training this season,” said Debbie Harris, college principal.
Caitlyn Mahony won the senior girls section, with Deena Martin coming third. Ronaldo de Abreu won the senior boys, with Edward Rycroft finishing third and Declan Mahony fourth. The senior boys and senior girls won the team events.
