GALLERY: Student wins a Mini Cooper
BRAAMFONTEIN — One lucky student receives the car of her dreams.
One lucky student from Damelin in Braamfontein had her wish granted when she was selected to win a Mini Cooper on 6 May.
“This is so amazing. I can’t believe I have just won a car. I am shocked but really excited,” exclaimed Temoso Molemohi with excitement, when her name was called from the hundreds of entrants the school had received.
Dr Berendien van Aswegen, general manager at Damelin, said that the names in the draw were sent to Durban to ensure a fair audit. She explained that the results were compiled by professional auditors to avoid fraud and tampering.
At the end of the day, Molemofi drove off in a one of a kind volcanic orange Mini Cooper.
