Bafana Bafana head coach Ephraim Shakes Mashaba fell victim to crime on the evening of 19 March in Auckland Park.
According to national reports, Mashaba made a stop at a fast food outlet ahead of his interview with Metro FM’s Robert Marawa.
The reports also suggest that thieves broke into his car and stole several items, including two cellphones and a laptop.
It is also understood that the suspects may have used remote jamming technology to gain access to his vehicle.
