Northcliff High pupils awarded

NORTHCLIFF – Northcliff High School top achieving pupils of 2014 reap the fruits of their hard work.

Northcliff High School recently honoured top achieving pupils of 2014 in a prize-giving ceremony.

“The prize giving is a formal evening where the school acknowledges the hard work and dedication of the pupils. The parents are invited to the prize-giving to share in the achievements of their children,” said Northcliff High School media liaison Lizl Thorne.

According to Thorne, these are pupils who have excelled throughout last year.

“We were very proud to acknowledge their hard work and dedication. We encourage our pupils to set goals for themselves for this year and to remain focused on achieving these goals.”

Northcliff High School’s class of 2014 achieved a 99.62 per cent pass rate. Although the school dropped from the 100 per cent they have been achieving for the last four years, deputy principal and head of academics Lorna Clinning said they are happy that the pupils did well.
