South Africa’s “Golden Boy” has fallen from grace, after Judge Thokozile Masipa sentenced him to five years imprisonment for culpable homicide, and three years wholly suspended for discharging of a firearm on 21 October.
Masipa said the charges will run concurrently.
Twenty months after Reeva Steenkamp was murdered, her parents might be able to find some sort of closure, with the case behind them.
