HONEYDEW - Keep a lookout for Dominic Gumbi, who went missing in May.
Honeydew Police request the community’s assistance in finding Dominic Gumbi (24) who was last seen on 2 May.
According to Spokesperson for Honeydew Police Warrant Officer Karen Jacobs, Gumbi was a Northgate Shopping Centre restaurant waiter.
He was last seen when he was on his way back from work.
It is understood that Gumbi was travelling in a taxi that dropped him off at the BP Garage on Beyers Naudé Drive.
In appearance, it is said that Gumbi was dark, tall with big brown eyes and a shaven beard.
On the day he was last seen, he was wearing a pink T-shirt, navy blue jeans and white tekkies.
His sister Bonginkosi Dube says her brother was a quiet and disciplined young man.
“We are really worried as a family. We are asking ourselves what could have happened because he was not the noisy and violent type.”
