The man accused of allegedly murdering three-year old Luke Tibbetts appeared in the Johannesburg High Court sitting in the Palm Ridge Magistrates’ Court.
The case has being postponed until the 2 March 2015.
The accused will remain in custody.
The second accused appeared in the Sophiatown Magistrates’ Court and the case was postponed until the 22 October 2014.
Candice Tibbetts, the mother of Luke Tibbetts was not present at the court proceedings, but the family was represented by Dereck Petersen, the father of the late Luke Tibbets.
The case was transferred form the Sophiatown Magistrates’ Court on the 29 August 2014, see previous report.
This murder charge will be added to the other 18 other charges the accused will be facing.
