Braamfontein Spruit is due for a spring clean and City of Johannesburg is on the job…with your help.
Spruit Day is happening on Saturday, 7 June, and Pikitup, City Parks, Joburg Zoo along with a wide group of organisations including Residents’ Associations, cycling and walking clubs, companies and Miss Earth are getting together to clear the spruit of its veneer of litter and exotic vegetation.
The event will be happening at various locations along the spruit – from Melville/Emmarentia to Paulshof/Sunninghill.
