As of 7.50 am the Independent Electoral Commission (IEC) published these results for ballots cast at the Westdene Recreation Centre in Steve Kotze’s Ward 86.
“I am thrilled with the results. A huge thank you to all the volunteers that helped us. I give an even bigger thank you to all the voters that came out in their numbers to vote. We want to see Gauteng in blue,” said Kotze.

Spoilt votes: 11
Total votes cast: 2 218
