Ghosts, monsters, devils and Zombies were the order of the day at Tanz Live on 31 October, when the venue celebrated Old Hallows Eve with Wonderboom, To Hire a Nurse and Martin and The Rockers.
Eerie skeletons and decapitated heads floated in amongst spider webs and carved pumpkins as bands and revellers rocked together in celebration of the ancient pagan festival. To Hire a Nurse’s violinist was, by far, the scariest fiddler to ever take to the stage at Tanz Live. Wonderboom, one of South Africa's favourite bands for the last decade and a half, still know how to rock the socks off any set they play.
Tanz Live has only been at its new venue on Beyers Naudé Drive for the past five months, but with top notch facilities, food and a fantastic vibe, it is set to become Joburg’s favourite live entertainment venue in the very near future.
