This could be a scene from a scary movie, a horrible nightmare or better yet, the biggest Halloween event in your area.

Halloween is creeping closer and closer with events being organised to mark the thrilling annual occasion that falls on 31 October.

For those wish to get into character and mingle with like-minded people, here are some Halloween events you might want to be part of:

AUCKLAND PARK – Country Club Johannesburg invites people to join them for an evening of trick-or-treating, followed by a frightfully delicious Halloween dinner. The event starts at 4pm on 31 October at 1 Napier Road. Adults will be charged R155 and children younger than 12 years old will pay R105.

MELVILLE – Stones Melville is hosting a Halloween Party on 29 October at 7 Main Road. They are giving away up to R1000 worth of prizes to best dressed candidates. The entrance fee is R5 for those with student cards and R20 for those without.

BLACKHEATH – Rock bands Wonderboom, Martin Rocka and To Hire a Nurse are set to perform at Tanz Live at Heathway Shopping Centre on 31 October. Join them in celebration for a wild Halloween celebration from 8pm, at a cover cost of R70.
