Plant market an absolute hit in Delta Park at the scout grounds

The regular monthly market was transformed into a plant market which hit the right note with shoppers.

Organisers Tabatha Forrest and plant guru Irvin Sammons hold a successful monthly market there which is an important fundraising activity for the Scouts who have invested hugely in transforming the grounds into a safe and family-orientated venue.

The decision to host a plant market and plant swop was obviously a good one judging by the successful turnout of shoppers and plant enthusiasts.

“We are thrilled with the buy-in from so many stalls which is matched by the incredible turnout from the community. We will certainly be doing this again as an occasional break from our regular offering,” said Forrest.
