Chiquita’s School of Spanish Dancing host their 2018 dance showcase
BLAIRGOWRIE – Chiquita's host their 2018 Spanish dance showcase.
Chiquita’s School of Spanish Dancing successfully hosted their dance showcase on 13 October at the Blairgowrie Recreational Centre.
The title of the showcase was The Magic of the Movies: The Sequel where they exhibited their interpretations of some great movies that have been released throughout the years.
With their castanets, wavy summer dresses and upbeat music, they gave a performance of a lifetime.
Chiquita’s School of Spanish Dancing has been preparing for this showcase at their studios in Parkhurst for months.
All the hard work they put in was finally rewarded as they put on a show of note. Friends and family of the talented dancers were in full attendance and cheered to every performance.
Through dance, they honoured great movies such as Take the Lead, Stardust, Kill Bill, Ibiza, Mamma Mia and many more.
The most incredible set was when the full cast performed their renditions of songs from Mission Impossible 2 and Mamma Mia.
