Roosevelt Park and surrounding neighbourhoods are used to hosting marathons and walks but the one hosted on 16 September had a twist of note.
This was the Color Run and in traditional Color Run fashion, participants filled the streets with a magnificent showcase of colours and happiness.

The event brands itself as the happiest 5km run on the planet and this year, for the first time ever, every runner that completed the race walked away with a medal. The day was filled with excitement and here are some photos and videos from the day:
