Colour Run to bring their Carnival Festival to Roosevelt Park
ROOSEVELT PARK – It's not about finishing first, it's about creating colourful memories.
The most colourful road race returns for another epic edition.
The streets of Roosevelt Park will be filled with colourful hair, outfits and smiles as the Colour Run makes its way back to the neighbourhood on 16 September.
Previous editions of the Colour Run created good times and magical memories for those in attendance and this one will be no different.
The theme for this year’s run is the ‘Carnival Tour’ and that is exactly what they have in store for runners and their families, a fiesta of music, food, dance, entertainment and of course, colour.
Apart from the guaranteed good times and memories that will be supplied on the day, runners can also expect to receive a carnival tour runner’s pack.
This pack includes a range of goodies for runners to use on their colourful road.
Items such as a shirt, colour packs, a headband, and tattoos (temporary of course) will be given to every runner. For the first time ever, finisher’s medals will be given to those that finish the race, regardless of how long they take.
