Johannesburg Flying Squad members conduct a clean-up operation
JOBURG – Johannesburg Flying Squad members conduct a clean-up operation to improve the image of Brixton Police Station.
Johannesburg Flying Squad members recently conducted a clean-up of the outside perimeter of their premises in Brixton as part of their monthly clean-up programme to improve the appearance and image of the unit.
“We want to ensure that the police building and premises are well lit and we want to promote visibility for our clients and community members,” said Sergent Desmond Subramoney, Johannesburg Flying Squad media officer.
“The clean-up was about voluntary collective effort and teamwork between the members from all the support services in the unit. We believe that cleanliness is next to godliness hence we are cleaning the unit.”
If you would like to volunteer and be part of the clean-up operation, you can visit the Brixton Police Station or contact 011 248 5520.
