13 top 10 places for King David

VICTORY PARK – The school went up against other Jewish schools and showed what they were made of on the field.

King David Victory Park managed 13 top 10 placings at the Inter-Jewish Cross Country Festival.

The competition was hosted by King David Sandton on 28 June.

The school secured two 1st places, three 2nd places, one 3rd, two 4th places, one 5th and 6th, two 7th and one 9th.

The results were:

  • Joshua Berman (U9 boys) – 1st
  • India Kirstein (U9 girls) – 1st
  • Francesca Lewitton (U11 girls) – 2nd
  • Daniel Kupowitz (open boys) – 2nd
  • Jessica Blem (open gils) – 2nd
  • Leah Ermann (U11 girls) – 3rd
  • Joelie Ermann (open girls) – 4th
  • Adam Gorton (U12 boys) – 4th
  • Daniel Berman (U11 boys) – 5th
  • Nathan Cohen (open boys) – 6th
  • Liron Krawitz (open boys) – 7th
  • Karen Katzew (open girls) – 7th
  • Sarah Lustig (open girls) – 9th
