Take note: New City operating hours
JOBURG – The City's operating hours have changed.
The City of Johannesburg introduced new operating hours at all its customer service centres on 1 February.
City of Johannesburg’s Group Finance spokesperson, Kgamanyane Maphologela, said as part of the City’s Ten Point Plan of being a responsive government, the City will progressively extend operating hours, hopefully improving efficiency and customer service.
“We have listened to our customers and the extension of the operating hours is aligned to the needs of our customers,” Maphologela said.
