Do you feel like a night out with some live jazz and dinner for a good cause? Guild Cottage in Parktown will host its Fundraising Dinner at The Glenshiel, in Westcliff, on 15 October. MEC of finance Barbara Creecy will be the guest speaker, and SOBV will perform for the audience.

Guild Cottage is a non-profit organisation that provides a home for girls who have been traumatised by sexual and emotional abuse.

Tickets cost R500 per person or R5 000 per table of 10.
