BREAKING NEWS: Massive taxi accident causes nine injuries
MONTGOMERY PARK – Traffic grinds to a halt as taxi ends on its roof.
A major accident has been reported on Thomas Pringle Street and Beyers Naudé Drive at about 5pm on 16 July.
The taxi over-turned on it’s roof with many passengers strewn across the accident scene.
Concerned Residents of Westdene (CROW) Frikkie Botes said, “At the moment all we know is that there are nine injuries and no fatalities.”
He added that people have been asked to clear the scene in order to allow emergency services in to treat the injured people.
The cause of the accident is unknown at this time.
